All the products sold over on our website are subject to return if the customer is not Satisfied.
If you are unsatisfied with the goods received, you can place a return request within 2 days of receipt and get your money back. All return packages must be in the original packaging.
- If the payment has been made in cash (COD), the amount will be refunded to the bank account specified by the user at the time of order cancellation.
- If the payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made to the account of the credit holder from where the payment has been made.
- If the payment has been made by wallet/UPI/Debit Card, the refund will be made to the original source of payment,
- If the payment has been made using a credit issued outside India, the refund will be subject to the applicable foreign exchange regulations. The gain or loss on account of fluctuation of currencies shall be to the customer’s account.
In order to Maintain Hygiene for the products sold, Return Request will be entertained and full Refund will be initiated only if:
- Product is damaged during transit.
- product is defective during manufacturing process.
- product is not as described on the website.
Please not that Partial refund or no return policy will be applicable if:
- If you have crossed the 2 day return window.
- If the product is damaged and tags or packaging is missing.
- For any reason of return for which the seller/ Manufacturer is not responsible.
- If the product is worn or washed.
