Return policy
We don’t accept Returns. Any purchase made from Max London are merely eligible for exchange. Items can be exchanged for other sizes or styles based on respective price value of the item purchased, and exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return has been received and processed by our team.

If the exchange of an item is higher than the retail price of your exchange item, then the price difference between the products will be payable at the time of exchange. Exchange
All products to be exchanged must be returned in there original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 3 days from the date of delivery in its original condition. We understand that sometimes sizes don’t work out and you might need to exchange your purchased product. Hence, you can exchange the size of the product.
